Financial Transactions
Deposits
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the h5555 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, which applies equally across all methods.
Deposited funds must come from a method operated in the name of the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; in such cases the funds may be returned and the account placed under investigation.
Withdrawals
The following conditions apply to withdrawals from h5555:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
- Withdrawals will not be possible if the wagering requirement on bonus funds has not been met.

Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus Terms
A 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000 is available on your first deposit at h5555. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳32,000 gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳47,000.
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- The welcome bonus is available once per account only.
- Account registration must be complete to receive the bonus.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
- h5555 sets the usage period for bonuses; the bonus will be cancelled if it expires.
VIP & Cashback Program
h5555 has four VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to your account and specific bonus conditions may apply.
Other Promotion Terms
h5555 may run various offers and promotions from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page. As a general rule:
- Each promotion is limited to a specific period.
- Wagering requirements will also apply to promotional bonuses.
- h5555 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
- In cases of bonus abuse, all bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.
